The kiddos had a 4 day vacation in February so we took advantage of taking off and doing something fun! We ended up going to Keystone and skiing our hearts out! It was an experience everyone loved and picked up with ease. We skied 3 full days and could have stayed longer. We look forward to hopefully making this a annually thing. Ryan's family joined us and we are thankful for everything Papa Christo did to make it a successful vacation!

Isaac
Isaac keeps us going with his humor! He is quite the character and has bloomed into such a strong-willed, stubborn boy. You will never win the fight with Isaac as he stands his ground strong! A good and a bad thing at the same time. Isaac is ready for the warm weather, too. Time to get out of the house and start doing all the fun outside activities!

Saige is itching for Spring and Summer!
Saige is patiently awaiting for the weather to warm up and stay warm! She is excited to get out and go riding! I am sure Jack and Sugar are ready to go on a nice trail ride as well. Saige is trying to decide between Western or English and is leaning towards English. Argh....I was hoping speed events, but English is good, too. Let's hope this next week the weather is nice so Saige and the horses can get out and go!

Wrestling, wrestling and more wrestling!
We live, love and breath wrestling, but that is probably no surprise to anyone who knows us well! Ryan grew up wrestling all through his childhood and into high school being very successful as a individual and as a team. As for me, I cheered my junior high and high schools days away at wrestling meet after wrestling meet. With that being said, there is no question whether to wrestle or to not.......Blaine is in his 2nd full season of wrestling and has made quite a leap. You would never guess our little shy Blaine to go out on the mat and dominate, but he does with ease! Blaine is so receptive and takes everything in. He is at the top of his age group and has had a very good year! Blaine finished the 2011 season winning State in G.I. and with a record of 39-0. He will compete in one other tournament, The Midwest Classic in Kearney in a couple weeks. We wish him the best, but know it will be a tough one.

Cira Performs School House Rock!
Cira joined the Haymarket Theatre this year! She put in many long hours on Saturdays preparing for her debut in School House Rock. The theatre put on 5 public performances over a 3 day span. Cira enjoys doing anything that involves singing, dancing, dressing up, posing, performing and simply just being that "girly-girl"! Cira was our superstar of the show! I would also like to say thanks to Grandma Peg for helping out with drop-off and pick-up during our busy theatre/wrestling season.
